Between rock, history documentaries, and conspiracy theories, I like to question things, understand them, and look at them from different perspectives.
The book Greenlights, by Matthew McConaughey, really stuck with me for that reason — it reminds us that not every moment is meant for pushing forward: sometimes you need to pause, wait, and gain clarity. It’s a mindset I carry with me in my day-to-day life.
Training fits naturally into that balance. It’s where I channel my energy and try to help others feel better about themselves.
In BHOUT sessions, I aim to create an environment that’s both fun and challenging, where every BHOUTer pushes themselves but also leaves with a smile and the motivation to come back.

Between sudoku, board games, and afro house, I like to keep both my mind and body in motion.
I’m as competitive as I am playful (but I really don’t like losing — not even the little things).
I’m a true Sporting fan (I even have a tattoo to prove it), I love bacalhau com natas, and I’ll only eat cozido à portuguesa if my grandma makes it.
I listen to just about everything, from fado to techno — if it makes me want to sing and dance, it’s a win.
In my free time, I love road trips, going out and dancing with my friends, and I never miss a chance to watch Sporting play.

At 43, and after my time as a Navy sergeant, there’s no military discipline strong enough to keep me away from the gym — I train every day, rain or shine.
But life isn’t just about push-ups.
On my days off, I trade training for the TV remote, turn the couch into my headquarters, and go on full-on marathons… of Netflix series. After all, even a “fitness commander” deserves a proper, series-worthy break.
I’m a big fan of electronic music and I like to balance intensity with fun: one day I’m riding 12-meter waves, the next I’m walking around Disneyland.

I’m from Venezuela, a country with some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. I also have roots in Madeira — an island full of stunning landscapes — and in 2017, I made Portugal my home.
I love collecting stories and moments, bringing together the people I care about most, and taking care of those around me.
Learning is part of who I am, and every day I look for new ways to enjoy life.
My cat Luna reminds me that love and lightness are often found in the simplest things. I live with gratitude, appreciating what is real and the small pleasures in life — like chocolate, which I can never resist.

As a boxing athlete, a big part of my life revolves around the sport — it’s where I find focus, discipline, and a sense of growth.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching action movies and sports documentaries, and listening to music (I’m a big fan of Michael Jackson).
My days start early — I wake up every day at 5:30 a.m. — and it’s also when I reinforce one of the ideas I believe in most: we attract what we think, a perspective I gained from reading Manifest.
My dream destination is Japan, for its culture, attention to detail, respect, and organization — values I strongly connect with.
If I had to name a superpower, it would definitely be my ability to learn new things with ease.

Resilient; but a bit of an airhead!
My smile is my best ally! Graduated in institutional communication, the result of my practice led me to want more, having thus taken the training of Specialist Technician in Physical Exercise. I met Bhout through a story from a friend, and my first experience at the club was as a Bhouter, through Try Us. It was love at first strike!
Things people don't know: I love taking care of my plants, although I don't remember when or where this came from.
My secret power is a good laugh... And eating!
What drives me in life: nothing like the energy of a good workout; and the most common but essential things: being with my family and friends; travel.

African at heart, a musician by nature, and a coach because it comes from within.
Between boxing and music, I find my way of being — in the rhythm, the energy, and the connection I create with others.
I have a sensitive side I don’t hide: Romeo and Juliet, by Baz Luhrmann, is still one of my favorites, while Legacy – 15 Lessons in Leadership keeps me company on quieter nights.
In my day-to-day life, it’s the simple things that resonate most — Jane’s vegetable stew, walks with my family, and time with the people close to me.
To some, I’m Tarzan; to others, Aviator. I like to think it’s that mix — authentic in its own way — that defines me, always looking to feel more and better, without ever losing who I am.

Resilience is, for me, a true superpower — the ability to adapt and move forward, no matter the challenge.
That mindset is reflected in the way I see the world and connect with others.
Attention to detail and empathy help me listen, understand, and adjust to each person’s needs.
What drives me is the chance to make a difference and help each person go further on their path, feeling better about themselves.
Outside of the routine, I enjoy simple things that help me switch off: playing snooker, revisiting sagas like James Bond or Star Wars, listening to rock and punk, and sharing good moments around the table — if I get to choose, it’s with a good Bacalhau à Brás.
